Hi, I'm Tara! I'm a multi-passionate business and marketing coach.

That’s why I put together this list of 2026 business conferences, summits, and retreats that will be kept updated. Whether you’re looking for deep-dive strategy workshops, cozy mastermind-style retreats, or big flashy conferences, there’s something here for you.

Lisa and her guest speakers cover personal brand strategy across marketing, systems, and customer experience, with the goal of helping attendees leave with clear, specific actions that connect every part of their business.
Past events have sold out quickly and attracted strong speaker lineups, with attendees frequently noting the variety of perspectives, the welcoming atmosphere, and the fact that the content stays grounded and genuinely useful rather than surface-level or recycled.

The Ordinary Business Summit LIVE is a deliberately intimate one-day gathering for experienced business owners who are done pretending the best part of any event wasn’t the hallway conversations, and want an entire day built around exactly that.
Hosted by Jess of The Ordinary Business and capped at just 30 attendees, this event takes place at Atlanta Tech Village in the Buckhead neighbourhood and runs from 9am to 5pm. There’s no stage, no slides, and no presentations, just a thoughtfully structured day of small group discussions, mini mastermind sessions, and open topic tables where you choose what you want to dig into based on a pre-event questionnaire filled out by everyone in the room.
The format moves you through rotating groups throughout the day so you end up having real, substantive conversations with most of the people there rather than spending the whole day with whoever you sat next to at registration. Discussion topics cover things like visibility, marketing, and client work, and the mini mastermind rounds give each person dedicated time to share a challenge and get genuine input from the group.
This event is particularly well-suited to solopreneurs and small-team business owners who have been at it for several years, aren’t chasing aggressive growth targets, and want a room full of people who are building something good rather than just something big. With only a handful of spots remaining, it’s worth moving quickly if this sounds like your kind of day.

Breakfast and lunch are included on both conference days, and the overall atmosphere leans into community, self-expression, and showing up authentically rather than performing a polished version of your business.
Content across the weekend covers personal brand strategy, visibility and content creation, lead generation and sales approaches that feel natural, and relationship marketing, with space built in throughout for connection and collaboration. Past attendees have noted how welcoming the environment feels and how much they leave with in terms of both strategy and new relationships.
The event is designed to meet attendees wherever they are, whether they’re just building momentum or scaling an established brand, and the early bird ticket price reflects solid value for a multi-day experience that includes meals, a curated swag bag, and a results-focused workbook.
Dates: September 16-18, 2026
Location: Moshulu, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Price: $590 Main Deck, $1,790 Upper Deck (early bird pricing; only 15 VIP tickets available)
Ops Ahoy is the first conference specifically designed for the people responsible for how small businesses actually run, covering chiefs of staff, operations leaders, and business owners inside companies of roughly five to fifty people who want to sharpen their craft in a room full of peers who think the same way they do.
Presented by ProcessDriven and hosted aboard the Moshulu in Philadelphia, this two-day event runs September 17-18 with a VIP welcome party the evening of the 16th. The format is built around practical breakout sessions and peer mastermind groups rather than keynote-style presentations, and every session is grounded in real frameworks from operators running businesses similar in size and structure to your own. Topics include navigating difficult conversations with team members, hiring and scoping freelance work effectively, measuring capacity to keep projects calm and profitable, and reducing email overwhelm through clear client and team boundaries.
Each day closes with extended mastermind sessions where attendees bring their toughest operational challenges and work through them in small groups, with Upper Deck ticket holders matched into VIP mastermind pods with peers tackling more complex problems. Lunches are included on both conference days, and the closing party wraps the weekend on Friday evening.
This one is quite different from most business conferences on this list, making it a strong pick if systems, processes, and the operational side of running a business is where you want to go deeper.

Reach Retreat is a six-day luxury women’s business retreat hosted by Danielle Throckmorton, a business revenue strategist who has built four six-figure companies and previously worked as a luxury wedding planner, which shows in how thoughtfully every detail of the retreat is curated.
Unlike most retreats, every session, speaker, and even rooming assignment is hand-selected based on personal interviews with each attendee, making it a genuinely personalised experience rather than a one-size-fits-all program. The days blend business strategy workshops, breathwork and sound baths, expert speakers who remain accessible throughout the full retreat rather than just during their sessions, fireside conversations, and curated adventure experiences in the stunning Rocky Mountain landscape around Canmore.
Luxury accommodations, gourmet meals tailored to dietary needs, all experiences and activities, a swag bag, and domestic flights for international retreats are included. Spots are limited and require an application, and 80% of past attendees return for future retreats, which says a great deal about the quality of the experience.

Location: LIUNA Station, Hamilton, Ontario, Canada

This is a separate event from the High Vibe Women March gathering already on the list, and it’s worth noting for Canadian attendees especially since quality full-day women’s events in Ontario are genuinely hard to find.
Hosted by Kristina and Maria, co-founders of The Social Snippet, this full-day event brings together around 200 ambitious women entrepreneurs for a day of speakers, intentional networking activities, and practical business strategy in an environment that emphasises authentic connection over performative networking. The day runs from 9:30am to 5:30pm and includes continental breakfast, a buffet lunch, and refreshments throughout.
VIP ticket holders also gain access to an exclusive dinner and group mastermind evening on October 21st, along with reserved front-row seating and an upgraded swag bag. A group hotel rate of $199 CAD per night is available at the nearby Sheraton Hamilton Hotel until September 21st.
Dates: January 2027
Location: Jacksonville, Florida
Price: $197 (presale; VIP upgrade coming soon)
Worth flagging for your year-end planning — Besties Boardroom is a two-day interactive conference for women entrepreneurs that kicks off the new year in Jacksonville, Florida, and at $197 for a presale ticket it’s one of the most accessible events on this list.
The format is built around implementation rather than passive listening, with experience and activation stations where you can take action in the room rather than waiting until you get home, including recording a podcast episode or building a media kit on the spot. There’s also a live mastermind coaching segment where attendees can take the mic and get real-time feedback on their business questions, power panels and keynote speakers who bring practical strategy rather than recycled inspiration, and the Nightgowns and Networking after party where a lot of the real connection and collaboration happens.
The event also includes the Stepping Stone Awards, a recognition segment honouring women who kept going through difficulty, which gives the whole experience a grounded, community-forward feel alongside the business content. Meals are provided throughout both days, and the intentional networking structure means you won’t spend the event wondering who to approach or how to start a conversation.
Exact January dates have not been announced yet, so check the website for updates as they’re released.

Live Iconic Live is a four-day experience hosted by Caryn Meininger for women entrepreneurs who are done with cold conference rooms and generic coaching events and want something that blends genuine identity work, deep connection, and a genuinely elevated atmosphere.
The main event runs October 21-22 and includes keynotes, breakthrough sessions, curated mini-mastermind conversations, embodiment and energetic activation experiences, catered lunch on both days, and intentional networking pods. The Gatsby glamour dress code is part of the experience rather than just an aesthetic choice, with the idea that showing up differently on the outside creates a genuine shift on the inside. VIP ticket holders gain access to a private speakeasy experience on October 19 and a mastermind day on a yacht on October 20, along with a private Velvet Hour with Caryn and speakers after the main event. The top-tier option adds a private one-on-one VIP day with Caryn for a focused, personal strategy session.
What sets this one apart is the explicit commitment that there’s no program pitch waiting at the end. The sessions are designed to help attendees reconnect with who they actually are in business rather than funnel them into the next offer, which is a genuinely different approach to how most events are structured.
Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport is the closest arrival point, about 10-15 minutes from the venue.

The 6th Annual Sister Circle Summit is a two-day conference for female small business owners in the Midwest, and it has a distinctly different feel from most events on this list. It’s rooted in community and hosted in small-town Wisconsin rather than a major metro, and the entire experience is built around the idea that you don’t have to fly across the country to have a genuinely meaningful and well-crafted business event.
Hosted by Stephanie Ross, founder of Small Business Sister Circle, the event blends main stage keynotes on sustainable business growth and sales strategy, short Trailblazer Talks from women living the work, Campfire Chat discussions built into the agenda for processing and connection, an interactive Soul Session focused on nervous system regulation and embodied leadership, and both a Midwest Movers and Shakers panel and a Powered by Sisterhood panel featuring community members. A Western Disco Dreams pre-party kicks off the experience the evening before the main conference days, and VIP ticket holders also gain access to an intimate Mastermind Dinner.
The format genuinely weaves together personal development and business strategy rather than treating them as separate tracks, and the Midwest focus makes it a strong option for women who are tired of feeling like meaningful events only happen on the coasts.

Location: Denver, Colorado
Price: General Admission $497; VIP $897 (limited to 20 VIP spots)
Inevitable Live is an intentionally intimate one-day conference for women entrepreneurs, founders, and creatives who want real momentum from an event rather than a notebook full of ideas they never act on, and a room that naturally leads to collaborations, referral partnerships, and lasting connections.
Hosted by Aubrianna Kay alongside Tina and Kailee, the main event on September 17 runs from 10am to 4pm and brings together eight speakers and a live panel covering business growth, leadership, visibility, and brand strategy, with curated networking woven throughout rather than bolted on at the end. General Admission is capped at 60 attendees to keep the room genuinely connected, and catered lunch, refreshments, and a swag bag are all included.
VIP ticket holders gain access to a second day on September 18, an intimate mastermind-style session focused on building a half-million-dollar brand, with live strategic guidance on visibility, content, and positioning, deeper small-group networking, and a professional branding photoshoot to walk away with assets you can immediately put to use. The VIP day is limited to 20 participants, keeping it close enough to get personalised attention and real feedback.

Soft Girl Millions is a year-long mastermind experience hosted by Leanne Lopez Mosley, a business strategist and messaging expert whose client roster includes seven and eight-figure coaches, authors, and brand leaders, and the year culminates in a three-day in-person immersion in Fort Lauderdale in November.
The investment covers quarterly virtual mastermind calls and Telegram support throughout 2026, the three-day in-person event in November, and a post-mastermind integration session afterward, making it a fuller-year program rather than a standalone conference ticket. The in-person portion is deliberately intimate and runs without stage pitches or upsells, with the focus kept on business model simplification, offer and messaging refinement, and helping established women step back from being the bottleneck in their own business.
The room has previously included names like Kate Northrup, Danielle Canty, and Cait Scudder alongside the multi-six and seven-figure founders who attend as participants, and the 2026 confirmed speakers include Valeria (founder of Valeria Inc, featured on the cover of Elle) and Dr Ezzie Spencer. An exclusive hotel room block at Pier Sixty-Six is available for attendees after registration.
This one sits at a higher investment level than most events on this list, and it’s worth reading the full details on the page to understand what the year-long structure includes before committing.

Like Minded LIVE is a full-day event for female founders hosted by Inbal Claudio, who built a community of 4,000 women around the world before launching Like Minded OC as a real-life community in Orange County where she has been hosting weekly events for two and a half years, and this is its first scaled conference experience.
The day runs from 9am to 5pm on October 2nd and is designed around genuine connection rather than surface-level networking, opening with a Quad Pod experience that facilitates real introductions before the panels and workshops begin. Speakers and panelists are founders who share honest accounts of what actually worked and what didn’t, and the hands-on workshops are built around practical tools attendees can use immediately after the event. A welcome coffee or matcha bar, snacks throughout the day, and a catered lunch are all included, and the dress code is athleisure, which gives the whole thing a relaxed and accessible feel that sets it apart from more formal conference environments.
VIP ticket holders gain access to a workout and dinner event on October 1st that includes a live podcast recording, front-row seating on the day, and an exclusive swag bag.
Dates: July 14-17, 2026

Hell Yes LIVE is a three-day strategic bootcamp hosted by Becca Pike, a multi-seven-figure entrepreneur and founder of Hell Yes Coaching, and it’s specifically designed for business owners who are already generating good revenue but whose business still depends heavily on them showing up to keep it moving.
The event is built around the Gap Map Method, a framework for identifying the specific structural gap holding a business back from scaling, and each day has a distinct focus: day one is a welcome reception and orientation into the room, day two covers offer structure, scaling systems, and creating repeatable revenue, and day three goes deeper into financial expansion, brand positioning, and embodied leadership. Speakers include Becca’s team of multi-seven-figure mentors alongside guests who bring expertise in wealth building, brand strategy, and scaling to acquisition, and hot seat coaching opportunities with the speakers are built into the experience rather than kept separate.
VIP ticket holders gain access to a fourth day on July 17 where the stage is removed entirely and Becca’s team works directly over attendees’ shoulders in intimate small groups, so you leave with completed action items rather than homework. VIP also includes keynote recordings, gourmet breakfast and lunch on days two and three, an elevated brunch on day four, priority seating, and a complimentary General Admission guest pass. The venue sits in Lexington’s historic Distillery District, about 15 minutes from Blue Grass Airport (LEX).

The Big Deal Conference — this year running as the Speaker’s Edition — is a 2.5-day implementation-focused event for online coaches, consultants, authors, speakers, bloggers, and personal brand builders who want a room built around actually doing the work rather than just taking notes on someone else doing it.
Hosted by Dr. Shadé Y. Adu, an award-winning digital brand strategist, bestselling author, and international speaker who has been featured on Black Enterprise, Hello Beautiful, and the Rachel Ray Show, the conference kicks off Thursday evening with a Pink Networking Mixer and Awards Ceremony open to all attendees, followed by two full conference days on Friday and Saturday covering brand messaging, marketing strategy, and what it takes to build a recognizable six-figure personal brand. Saturday evening closes with a Masquerade Party, and a pitch competition gives one attendee the chance to win $1,000.
Platinum ticket holders gain access to a full Platinum Speaker Day on Thursday with content filming, speech reviews, a press release, a speaker one sheet, a podcast interview feature, and the opportunity to speak at the conference itself. Nice Girl Funeral LIVE is an intentionally intimate two-day in-person experience in Toronto for women entrepreneurs who are done softening their voice, discounting their value, and building a brand that doesn’t actually reflect who they are, and it has a distinctly different energy from most events on this list.
Hosted by Jessica Parr, the main event runs October 24-25 and includes keynote speakers, panels, embodiment and brand recalibration sessions, hot seats, and direct Q&A with speakers and Jessica throughout both days. Catered lunches, Saturday dinner, and an after-hours experience are all included in both ticket tiers. The format is intentionally capped to keep the room genuinely intimate, and past attendees describe it as the kind of experience that doesn’t wear off in 48 hours.
VIP ticket holders also gain access to the VIP Day on October 23, which includes a private alter-ego branding photoshoot with creative direction, exclusive content capture at the venue, a private roundtable with speakers, a mini one-on-one intensive with Jessica, and a private Inner Circle dinner in Toronto. Hosted by the Buy the Blazer brand in Chicago, the main event on October 3-4 focuses on sales, systems, and scaling strategy alongside magnetic marketing, offers that drive recurring revenue, team leadership, and high-level proximity with other women building businesses at an ambitious pace. The format leans into real conversations, live strategy sessions, and Q&A that produces tangible results rather than polished inspiration you have to figure out how to apply later. General Admission covers the two main conference days, and VIP ticket holders also gain access to an exclusive group bonus day on October 2 with an intimate networking happy hour and additional post-event bonuses.
Exact venue details and location specifics are sent to ticket holders in the months leading up to the event.

As She Rises LIVE is a two-day identity-led business event in Vancouver hosted by KC Volard, and it sits at the intersection of somatic and energetic work, sacred business strategy, and genuine community, making it quite unlike most conferences on this list.
Day one focuses on remembering, moving through embodiment practices, identity recalibration, and ceremony to help attendees reconnect with how they naturally lead when they’re not running on pressure or over-functioning. Saturday evening closes with a Higher Self Party featuring a somatic DJ set, movement, mocktails, light dancers, and a 360 photo booth, described as healing that feels like a rave. Day two turns inward realizations into structure, covering nervous system-aligned leadership, cleaner decision-making, and a practical seven-figure roadmap for the season ahead.
Keynote speakers are drawn from seven and eight-figure founder circles and announced closer to the event. Goddess ticket holders and Inner Circle members also gain access to a full mastermind day on October 16 and an exclusive welcome reception that evening aboard a yacht. Move, Breathe, Grow is a half-day experience for purpose-driven women entrepreneurs that blends movement, breathwork, and business strategy into one cohesive format, and it has a genuinely different feel from a typical conference or networking event.
Hosted by GiGi Diaz, a certified business coach, media personality, and host of the Chats with GiGi podcast who built her Success With Less Stress methodology after her own burnout recovery, the day opens with networking and hors d’oeuvres before moving into a movement session (a different style each year), followed by guided breathwork techniques specifically designed for the realities of running a business, and wrapping up with a panel of industry leaders sharing honest accounts of real numbers, pivots, and hard-won strategies over a catered three-course lunch.
The format is alcohol-free, and the dress code is comfortable and active since the experience is genuinely physical. Venue and pricing for the 2026 edition have not yet been announced, but the waitlist is open and past events have sold out, so joining early is worth doing.

This inaugural event is intentionally capped at 25 founders and focuses on brand excavation and voice work for the multi-passionate, multi-dimensional entrepreneur who has been subtly editing herself down to be more palatable in rooms that weren’t built to hold all of her. The day includes deep facilitated masterminding with Tania, a live podcast-style interview with Nice Girl Funeral founder Jessica Parr as Founder-in-Residence, a fireside chat with panelists covering financial power, AI, and raw founder storytelling, catered continental lunch and refreshments, and a bespoke swag bag. There is no virtual option or replay.
VIP ticket holders gain access to an intimate private dinner with Tania after the main event, plus a full Content Artistry Day scheduled in July or August 2026 that includes professional hair, makeup, and styling, 35 editorial images, cinematic b-roll, and a recorded 30-minute podcast episode produced by ElixSeer’s team.

Rich Girl Renaissance LIVE is a four-day conference for women entrepreneurs who want to leave with actual content created, mapped launches, and a clearer strategy for using social media as a consistent revenue driver, rather than inspiration they have to figure out how to implement later.
Hosted by Mikayla Jai, the event kicks off Thursday evening with a welcome mixer and content stations, moves into two full conference days on Friday and Saturday with speakers, workshops, and hands-on implementation time, and closes Saturday evening with the Rich Girl Soiree, a formal party with cocktails, a DJ, and on-site content creators. Lunches are provided on both conference days, and Icon Access and Suite Life ticket holders also gain access to a Sunday Wellness Morning with Pilates, a juice bar, and a light breakfast.
Suite Life ticket holders additionally receive a private Sunday Mastermind Day with Mikayla covering Q4 strategy and six-figure launches, plus a premium swag bag with a designer gift and a pre-event Telegram mastermind room the week before the conference begins. Another strong Canadian option, and one specifically suited to my audience — The Flourish Retreat is a four-day curated mastermind retreat for revenue-generating women entrepreneurs set in the Canadian Rockies, hosted by JJ (Jennifer Jayne), founder of the Fempreneur Collective and a business strategist and community builder with over 15 years of experience helping women entrepreneurs grow.
With only 10 spots available, the format is intentionally intimate and built around strategic mastermind sessions, hot seat coaching, and collaboration circles in the mornings, with excursions, fresh air, and white space in the afternoons, and shared meals and fireside conversations in the evenings. The investment includes four days and three nights of luxury accommodation in Canmore, all meals from Thursday dinner through Sunday breakfast, curated programming, excursions, a professional photographer content day, a welcome gift, elevated swag, and six months inside Flourish Circles as a post-retreat continuation container.

This one is a bit different from everything else on the list, and it might appeal particularly to entrepreneurs who have been meaning to actually build out their AI systems rather than just learn about them.
AI Slumber Party is a four-day working retreat for 15 women in a Pigeon Forge cabin hosted by Brittany Long, built around a deliberate build-rest-build-send-off rhythm. Day one is arrival and AI team setup, day two is intentional rest (hiking, painting, journaling, and an optional podcast interview with Brittany), day three refines and deepens what was built on day one, and day four is departure with a group photo and your AI team fully running. All meals, lodging, activities, the full AI buildout, an optional produced podcast episode, and a three-hour follow-up Black Friday planning call in early November are all included in the investment. The only thing not included is your flight into Knoxville (TYS) and transportation to the cabin.
Attendees should already be comfortable using ChatGPT or Claude before arriving, as the retreat doesn’t start from zero. Brittany recommends having Claude Max ($100/month) for the duration of the retreat. This is specifically for women who want to leave with AI actually running in their business rather than attending a session about AI.
Dates: November 12-15, 2026
Location: Austin, Texas Hill Country

Full Pour is a four-day retreat for women entrepreneurs in the Texas Hill Country, and the premise is simple and genuinely refreshing: you’ve been pouring into everything and everyone else, and this is where someone pours into you.
Hosted by Her Society Solutions, the retreat runs from a Thursday dinner kickoff through Sunday morning breakfast tacos and blends somatic work, Human Design for business, operational growth strategy, and intentional workshops in an intimate setting with women who already understand the particular exhaustion of running a business without needing it explained to them. The format sits at an interesting intersection of nervous system work and practical business strategy, which makes it a strong option for entrepreneurs who want depth on both the personal and operational sides of growth.
Full details and early bird pricing have not yet been announced, but you can join the waitlist now to be first in line when they do.
Dates: August 27–30, 2026

Camp Climb is a four-day experience for creative women who want to grow personally and professionally in an environment that actually feels good to be in, blending keynote speakers, curated workshops, and the kind of unhurried community time that most conferences don’t leave room for.
Rooted in the Midwest, Camp Climb is designed around the idea that growth doesn’t have to feel heavy or high-pressure, and the camp-style format brings a playfulness to the weekend that sets it apart from a traditional conference. Each day weaves together professional development and personal expansion, with a Saturday Pool Party and fireside community time built into the schedule alongside the more structured sessions. Meals are handled throughout the full weekend so you can stay present rather than distracted, and with lodging included in the ticket price, the logistics are genuinely straightforward.
VIP ticket holders get front-row seating for keynote speakers and first access to workshop selection. Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another attendee. Check the website for the latest speaker announcements and ticket availability.
Dates: July 9–10, 2026
Location: Delta Hotel, Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada
Price: $497 USD General Admission, $5,497 USD VIP (by invitation or application only)
The Pink Skirt Project Summit is a two-day gathering for women entrepreneurs, founders, executives, and community leaders who want real conversations, genuine connection, and a room that actually challenges them to think bigger about what they’re building.
Founded by Renée Warren, an award-winning entrepreneur, angel investor, and podcast host, and co-hosted with entrepreneur and philanthropist Anita Guerini, the summit takes place at the Delta Hotel in Kelowna, BC, and draws attendees from across Canada, the US, Australia, Europe, and beyond. Day one runs as a full conference day with keynotes, panels, and a curated vendor marketplace, and day two shifts into a shorter main session followed by an afternoon of optional curated local experiences including wine tours, e-biking, a foodie tour, spa, and golf. It’s a nice touch that makes the event feel like more than just a packed conference schedule.
The VIP Thrive Experience is a separate, application-only tier that adds a private reception on the evening of July 9th and a half-day mastermind on July 10th with founders, investors, and seasoned entrepreneurs, designed for women who want strategic refinement rather than general inspiration. The investment reflects that.
Worth noting: 5% of every ticket sold goes directly to The Pink Skirt Fund, which provides scholarships and mentorship access for early-stage women entrepreneurs.
Dates: June 17–18, 2026
Location: UNOH Event Center, Lima, Ohio
Price: $209.19 General Admission, $261.04 VIP (including Eventbrite fees)
Social Media Week Lima is a two-day annual conference hosted by NOW Marketing Group in Lima, Ohio, focused on relationship marketing, content strategy, and the practical intersection of human connection and AI tools — and it consistently draws speakers with real, working knowledge of what’s actually moving the needle right now.
The 2026 theme is Unleashed, which frames the whole event around pushing past safe, predictable marketing strategies in favor of bolder, more human-led approaches. The speaker lineup is genuinely diverse, covering everything from LinkedIn B2B growth and YouTube niche strategy to ad performance, authentic video content, and building networks without the awkward networking — plus a student panel from the University of Northwestern Ohio that offers a refreshingly different perspective on what actually stops the scroll.
What makes this one stand out on a list full of bigger-name conferences is the price point and the intentional community feel. It’s designed to be accessible without feeling like a budget event, and the VIP ticket adds a party bus, food, drinks, and the beloved SMWL t-shirt, so it leans into the fun alongside the strategy. If you’re in the Midwest and want a well-curated two-day event without the travel costs of a major city conference, this one is worth keeping on your radar.
Dates: November 12, 2026
Location: Austin, Texas
Price: $250
The Proximity Marketplace is not your typical trade show or business conference, and that’s the whole point. Instead of a stage with one person talking and a room full of people half-listening, this event swaps speakers for brand activations, meaning you move table to table getting 1:1, hands-on experiences with some of the internet’s top service providers in under 10 minutes each. Think state fair energy, but every booth is run by someone who actually knows their stuff and wants to show you, not just tell you.
It’s built for established business owners, specifically women coaches and service providers who are at the 6-figure mark or a few years into their business and have stopped getting much out of sit-and-listen events. You’re handed a list of tables based on your specific goals, so the whole day is targeted rather than a guessing game, and the format suits anyone who learns faster by doing than by taking notes.
Host Lucy Bedewi is a creative messaging strategist, on-stage roaster, irreverent copywriter, exited founder, and podcast host who built this event because she wanted something genuinely different from the traditional pitch-fest trade show model. I’ve gotten to know Lucy and she brings exactly the kind of playful, no-fluff energy you’d hope for from someone reinventing what a trade show can feel like. If you want a day that’s interactive in the way most events only claim to be, this is worth putting on your calendar.
Dates: November 5–7, 2026 (Day 1 is VIP only)
Location: QT Gold Coast, Surfers Paradise, Queensland, Australia
Price: AUD $1,100 General Admission, AUD $1,600 VIP (payment plans available; $20 from every ticket goes to the Bali Life Foundation)
The Women in Business Conference is a three-day event hosted by Angela Henderson, a business consultant and coach who has built two multiple six-figure businesses and knows firsthand how hard it is to grow something sustainable while juggling everything else. The conference is designed for online business owners, coaches, consultants, and service-based entrepreneurs who want practical strategies and a room full of women who actually get it.
Day one is a VIP-only strategy day with hot seats, speed dating with fellow entrepreneurs, and a planning session. Days two and three open to all attendees and pack in a full speaker lineup covering topics like low-ticket offer scaling, Google visibility, Instagram content strategy, personal finance, and the business case for speaking on stages. The venue itself is a 5-star boutique hotel metres from the beach in Surfers Paradise, and the conference has a well-earned reputation for feeling genuinely warm and community-driven rather than lecture-heavy.
One detail worth noting: $20 from every ticket sold goes directly to the Bali Life Foundation, a local orphanage in Bali supporting children aged 4–17. It’s a small but meaningful touch that reflects how Angela runs the whole thing.
Dates: October 21–22, 2026 (VIP evening October 21, main event October 22)
Location: Raleigh, North Carolina
Price: $800 General Admission (early bird, reg. $1,000), $1,200 VIP (early bird, reg. $1,500); payment plans available
The Thriving Women’s Conference is built around one core idea: strategy gets you far, but confidence is what actually moves you forward, and most events skip that part entirely. Host Lisa Hansen, a confidence coach, keynote speaker, and serial entrepreneur, has run this event since 2020 and has built a room with a genuinely different feel to it.
The format is two days, with VIP ticket holders getting an intimate dinner and the event’s signature Speed Friendshipping experience on the evening of October 21, designed so that you walk into the main conference day already knowing people. Day two brings keynotes, panels, and breakouts covering confidence, leadership, and business growth, plus dancing, because apparently that’s just part of the deal here, and the testimonials suggest it works.
What stands out about TWC is the intentional focus on the personal side of success alongside the professional, and the insistence that those two things are not separate. Capped at 125 attendees, it’s small enough to feel real, and the testimonials consistently mention leaving with actual friendships rather than just contacts. If you’re at a stage where more information isn’t the missing piece, this one is worth a look.
Dates: September 9–10, 2026
Location: Champneys, Tring, Hertfordshire, UK
Price: From £159 (early bird; prices increase in releases)
Ideas Fest is regularly described as the Glastonbury of business events, and it’s not just a marketing line. Held at Champneys in the Hertfordshire countryside, it draws around 6,000 entrepreneurs, founders, and business leaders across two days with a genuinely festival-like atmosphere, multiple stages and tents running simultaneously, an After Dark programme that continues into the evening, and the kind of energy you don’t usually associate with a business conference.
The programme runs across several stages including a Main Stage, Founders Forum, Workshop space, Scale-Up Zone, Next Gen Stage, and Purpose Pavilion, giving attendees the flexibility to build a day that actually suits where they are in their business. The full speaker lineup is still being announced, but the format has attracted names like Steven Bartlett in previous years and continues to grow. If you’re UK-based or Europe-adjacent and want a business event that actually feels like an event, this is one of the bigger ones on the calendar.
Dates: November 13, 2026
Location: Delta Marriott Hotel, Milton Keynes, UK
Price: £149 standard (early bird saves £50); payment plan available (3 x £50)
Elevate To Success is a one-day business growth event hosted by Samantha Cameron, the Social Media Alchemist, and this year it doubles as her 50th birthday bash, which means the energy is already going to be a notch above your average conference. The day includes speakers, interactive sessions, networking, and an exhibitor zone, and the evening flips into a full Casino Royale-themed party with a three-course dinner, casino tables run by professional dealers, a DJ, and a 360 photo booth. Breakfast and refreshments are included throughout the day, and the hotel has free on-site parking with discounted room rates available for ticket holders.
The speaker lineup confirmed so far includes business coach Samantha Hearne on sustainable scaling beyond £10k months, and financial protection expert Naomi Smith with a no-nonsense session on protecting what you’re building. More speakers are being announced. It’s a casual, no-judgment atmosphere hosted at a venue right off the M1, which makes it straightforward to get to from most of the UK.
