Inclusion & Values Statement

Last updated: January 20, 2026

This business is built with care, intention, and the belief that sustainable success comes from honoring who we are, not who we’re told we should be.

As an introvert with anxiety and ADHD, I know how powerful it can be to create a space where people feel safe, supported, and respected without needing to push themselves to exhaustion. As a white woman, a homeowner, and a business owner, I also recognize the layers of privilege I hold, and that building a more inclusive world means actively choosing to name, unpack, and not center those privileges.

This work happens on the traditional territory of the Haudenosaunee, Anishinaabeg (Mississauga), and Huron-Wendat peoples. I am committed to ongoing learning, unlearning, and supporting Indigenous sovereignty in tangible ways.

This is a business space that welcomes and affirms:

  • Trans and non-binary folks
  • Neurodivergent, disabled, and chronically ill entrepreneurs
  • BIPOC and global majority folks
  • LGBTQIA2S+ identities
  • Those navigating systemic barriers in both life and business

I believe business should feel human. That means:

  • No one-size-fits-all advice, no shame, and no pressure to show up in ways that don’t feel safe or aligned
  • Pricing and offers rooted in access, not elitism, because every sale matters
  • Ethical marketing over manipulation, always
  • Flexible, low-pressure spaces that accommodate different energy levels, processing styles, and lived experiences
  • Community care over hustle culture, every time

This is an anti-hustle, anti-oppression space.

I don’t have all the answers—but I am committed to showing up with integrity, curiosity, and a willingness to do better. That includes being open to feedback, making changes when needed, and doing the quiet, unglamorous work behind the scenes that real equity requires.

If you’re here and this aligns with you, I hope you feel welcome, exactly as you are.
