As an introvert with anxiety and ADHD, I know how powerful it can be to create a space where people feel safe, supported, and respected without needing to push themselves to exhaustion. As a white woman, a homeowner, and a business owner, I also recognize the layers of privilege I hold, and that building a more inclusive world means actively choosing to name, unpack, and not center those privileges.
This work happens on the traditional territory of the Haudenosaunee, Anishinaabeg (Mississauga), and Huron-Wendat peoples. I am committed to ongoing learning, unlearning, and supporting Indigenous sovereignty in tangible ways.
