Today’s episode is very real, raw and one that I know so many of you can relate to – particularly this year. 2023 has been so hard for so many businesses, entrepreneurs, and just people generally with the cost of living crisis, and my experience this year has been that the summer slump hit harder than any other year – and I’ve been in business for 17 years!

With growth comes really hard challenges and shifts that need to be made, and I wanted to open up to you all as you don’t often see many “successful” entrepreneurs (that’s in quotations as success is different for everyone!) sharing their struggles and worries with others. I’m desperate for that to change, and so I’m taking the plunge and opening up on why I felt like this year was harder than any other, why I thought I was going to quit and most importantly, how I refocused myself on what I wanted and moved forward to come out the other side.
