Every time I have to make a decision in my business, social anxiety rears its head. It can be so difficult as an entrepreneur with social anxiety to manage how I show up for my business and put energy into tasks when they have a social aspect to them. I’ve shared before that I don’t think you should push yourself outside your comfort zone as an introvert or someone with social anxiety, and on the podcast today I’m sharing a recent situation where I really should have taken my own advice! I’m going to be talking through what happened, why I made the initial decision I had even though it didn’t feel good to me, and all the thoughts and feelings that were coming up that led to me reconsidering my decision. If you struggle with social anxiety, or you’ve ever found yourself feeling like you aren’t just able to “push through” a situation, today’s episode is sure to give you that permission slip to take a step back.
