Helping small business owners, virtual assistants, and creative entrepreneurs grow their business.
Hi, I'm Tara! I'm a multi-passionate business and marketing coach.
Are you ready to take your business to the next level with content marketing? Content marketing is a fantastic way to attract clients online and grow your business. But how do you get started with creating amazing content? And more importantly, how do you create content that will actually attract and convert leads? In this blog post, I’ll share some of my best tips for content creation and using it as a marketing method to attract clients online.
Content marketing is crucial because it helps you attract and convert leads into customers. By creating amazing content, you can position yourself as an expert in your industry. This builds trust with potential clients, which then leads to sales and increased revenue.
Content marketing drives sales by helping you build your authority, showcase your expertise, and attract the right people who are your ideal clients. When you create great content, you are able to attract the attention of potential customers and leads. From there, you can convert them into paying customers by offering them valuable products or services that solve their problems.
There are many ways to use content marketing to grow your business. But here are some of my best tips if you want to start to create more amazing content and actually get results.
You can’t create amazing content if you don’t know who your ideal audience is. So before you start creating any content, make sure you know exactly who you are trying to attract. Once you know who your ideal audience is, then you can start creating content that appeals to them and solves their problems.
For every piece of content you create, ask yourself these questions:
Answering these questions will help you create laser-focused content for your ideal audience. And when you make content that appeals to them, they are more likely to convert into leads and customers.
Many businesses make the mistake of trying to be everywhere online. Trying to be everywhere online is a recipe for disaster. Creating fresh content for multiple platforms can become exhausting and overwhelming. Consistency is the most important factor in almost any platform or content marketing method. If you can’t stay consistent, you won’t see the results you’d like.
So how do you know where to focus your content marketing efforts? The answer is simple: focus on the platforms that your ideal clients are hanging out on. If you’re not sure where to find them, start by doing some research. Look at your competitors and see which platforms they are using.
Also, consider the platforms that are fun for you and will be easy for you to show up consistently on.
Repurposing content is a great way to get the most out of the content you create. It’s also a great way to save time and money on your content marketing efforts.
Basically, repurposing content means taking one piece of content and turning it into multiple pieces of content. For example, if you write a blog post, you can repurpose it into social media posts, email newsletters, and share it across all your marketing platforms.

If you want to see how well your content marketing is performing, you need to measure and review your analytics. This will help you figure out what’s working and what’s not working so that you can adjust your strategy accordingly.
When I decided to officially leave Instagram, it was because the numbers didn’t match the amount of time and energy I was spending on the platform. I learned, through my data, that Facebook performed much better while spending a fraction of my time on it.
This is just one example of how data can help you make better decisions for your business.
There are so many tools available now to help you with creating content. Here are just a few of my favorite content creation tools:
