Helping small business owners, virtual assistants, and creative entrepreneurs grow their business.
Hi, I'm Tara! I'm a multi-passionate business and marketing coach.
As I recorded this episode, I couldn’t help but reflect on the past couple of months. It’s been a challenging start to 2023 and as an introvert and a dog owner of three senior dogs with medical issues, things have been quite exhausting. I made some changes to my work life and I feel a little bit back to myself, which is really positive because I was starting to feel really burned out.

That’s why I wanted to talk about the topic of running and hosting online events and virtual summits because as introverts, managing our energy is crucial, especially when it comes to hosting successful virtual events that require a lot of planning and showing up daily! However, virtual summits can be a really fulfilling and rewarding experience for introverts when done properly. Finding the right balance of live and evergreen, hosting or co-hosting and knowing how to take breaks to recharge your energy make the summit enjoyable and not a chore to get through. We’ll be covering all this and more in today’s episode!
In this episode, I dive into:
Why virtual summits are great for introverts
Different ways you can host a virtual summit or event
Tips on managing your energy throughout hosting a summit
Hiring help when planning a summit
…and much more
